The Thrive Package

4 sessions per month - £297/month

For clients who want the full experience. Weekly sessions mean nothing slips through the cracks -  habits, mindset, energy, and accountability all worked on together. This is where the deepest, most lasting change happens.

Minimum commitment: 3 months
